I began training back in 2008 and started teaching in 2011. I officially became certified through Parkour Edu. In 2013. Parkour is an art that has change my life and view on fitness for the better. I have found the community to be tight knit because of the common interest we share and it has promoted travel, new friendships, personal growth and a healthy lifestyle and I hope to be able to share that with all my students!

Hey there! My name's Peter. Growing up, I always enjoyed being active, but I just didn't find pleasure in any of the sports available to me. I participated in one to two seasons of three different sports through 2006, but I never felt the desire to stick with any of them. Then, in 2007, I discovered parkour, and I knew that was it. I practiced what I could on my own and took classes for a couple years before becoming an instructor. That was when I realized I love teaching parkour as much as I love doing it! I am more than happy to help others find the same passion as me and I want my students understand the importance of everything I am teaching. It's not "because I said so." Progress, safety, and fun are of equal priority.

My name is Austin Sudweeks. I am a photographer, freerun athlete, and NAU College student.
Man Still Cannot Tame Creation.
I started training parkour in 2013, and have since developed a very large sense of style with my movement. I train to be precise, in my movements, my life, and all that I do. Being highly accurate and training parkour properly is not taking risks, it's eliminating them.
Movement is a language, speak your mind.
I absolutely love teaching, and believe strongly in the education of the younger generation. They are our future, and I strive to create a world where people can play with their environment, and use parkour as a tool to conquer obstacles.
Fear is your body's friendly reminder to not be reckless. So come train and learn today, conquer fear, and do back flips with Flagstaff Parkour!! : )

My name is Andrew Denhard, and I have been training parkour for roughly 6 years on and off. I grew up in Seattle, Washington, and now study Fitness and Wellness at NAU. I have been involved in athletics in some form or another throughout my whole life. I played football in middle school and high school, ran track in high school and made it to the state championship, and played basketball for a small amount of time. I have also trained in various martial arts, including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Russian Systema, and Capeoira. I was affiliated with the Parkour Visions gym in Seattle, and was a coach there for roughly 6 months before I left for college.
